I am a Trainee Solicitor at DFA Law in Northampton. I originally graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2001 with a Politics degree and subsequently spent a year travelling around Australia and South East Asia. On returning to Northampton, I worked as a Project Manager in a local business for 3 years, until one day I had a kind of epiphany and decided that my calling was to the law!
In 2005 I returned to study for the GDL conversion course at De Montfort University in Leicester, followed by the LPC, and I was fortunate enough to begin my Training Contract straight afterwards in 2007.
While studying I also trained as an Adviser at the Northampton Citizens Advice Bureau and I retain a keen interest in providing necessary legal services to the people of Northampton! Similarly, I look to represent the Young Lawyers of Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire as best I can within the newly formed national Junior Law Division. So feel free to contact me!

"I went to school in Cheshire and obtained a degree in law from the University of Manchester in 2006. Whilst studying I enjoyed working at the University's Legal Advice Centre. I was also a member of the Pro Bono Society and sat on the committee as Treasurer. After graduating I went on to study for the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Manchester."
"I moved to Milton Keynes in 2007 and started working at emw law as a trainee solicitor that autumn. I am currently sitting with the technology and commerce team and will be moving on to property, planning and construction next month. Throughout the second year of my training contract I will be gaining experience in dispute resolution and corporate law."
"I am honoured to be representing Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire Young Lawyers at the Junior Lawyers Division of the Law Society. I look forward to acting on your behalf, keeping you informed, working with you to address any concerns and putting forward your points of view."
