Some Background on the Northants & Bucks Junior Lawyers Group
We recognise that many of our members may have been previous members of either Trainee Solicitors Groups or Young Solicitors Groups. You may also have been members of the Northants & Bucks Young Lawyers Group and wondered why the name and branding has changed.
In 2008, The Law Society launched the JLD, as a means to combine the efforts and strengths of the national TSG and YSG organisations. Also in 2008, the Northants and Bucks Young Lawyers Group saw this as a golden opportunity to bring to its members, the benefits of affiliation with this new national organisation, the aims and beliefs of which, reflected our own.
So the group rebranded, and the Northants & Bucks Junior Lawyers group was born.
